Stealer Log Exposes 46,328 Records Tied to Snatch Cloud

In June 2026, HEROIC analysts identified a stealer log file distributed by a Telegram user, containing 46,328 records associated with the source publicly logged as "Snatch Cloud." The dataset includes email addresses, plaintext passwords, and the URLs of the websites victims were logged into when the malware harvested their credentials.

Why This Is Dangerous

Because the passwords in this dataset were stored in plaintext, anyone who gets hold of this file can try them immediately, no cracking or decryption needed. Paired with the URLs also included in the log, an attacker knows exactly which website each email and password combination unlocks, making it simple to log directly into a victim's accounts.

What Was Exposed

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • URLs of the sites where credentials were captured

Why This Matters

Stealer logs like this one are a favorite tool for credential stuffing attacks, where criminals automatically test leaked email and password pairs against banking sites, email providers, and social media platforms. If any of the 46,328 people in this file reused a password across multiple accounts, a single stolen login could open the door to account takeover, financial fraud, or identity theft.

How This Stealer Log Was Built

A stealer log is generated by infostealer malware that quietly runs on an infected device, pulling saved usernames, passwords, and browsing URLs straight out of the victim's web browser. Once collected, the stolen data is packaged into a file, like this one, and sold or shared in Telegram channels and dark web forums, often within days of the infection.
