The ARCEUSULP 123 Stealer Log Surfaces on Telegram

HEROIC analysts recorded a stealer log dated June 20, 2026, labeled "ARCEUSULP 123 13924," after it appeared in a Telegram channel used to distribute stolen credentials. The file contained 11,115 records, each pairing an email address with a plaintext password and the web address the login belongs to. It appears to be part of the same batch as the related "ARCEUSULP 122" log, though notably smaller in size.

Why This Is Dangerous

Because the passwords in this file are unencrypted plaintext, they can be used the moment someone downloads the log, with no extra work required. Each record also lists the specific site the credential was used on, which lets an attacker immediately know where to try logging in. With over 11,000 credentials in one file, this is more than enough for automated tools to work through quickly.

What Was Exposed

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • Website login URLs tied to each credential

Why This Matters

A leaked login rarely affects only the account it came from. Since so many people reuse the same password on multiple sites, a single exposed credential can open the door to email, banking, or shopping accounts belonging to the same person. Attackers commonly run lists like this through credential stuffing scripts that test each pair against a wide range of popular services, looking for account takeover opportunities or a path toward financial fraud.

How Stealer Logs Work

Stealer logs come from infostealer malware, which infects a device through a malicious download, cracked software, or a phishing link, then quietly copies saved credentials out of the victim's web browser. The malware bundles what it collects into a file and sends it to whoever is running it. Operators frequently organize these files into numbered batches, as appears to be the case here, before circulating them through Telegram channels or dark web forums for other criminals to buy or download.

Check If You Are Affected
