In late July 2026, HEROIC analysts identified a stealer log file uploaded to a Telegram channel by a user posting as "Bugatti_Cloud." The file, part of a batch labeled "Bugatti_Man 30.07.part02," contained 11,419 records harvested directly from infected devices, including email addresses, plaintext passwords, and the URLs of the sites where those credentials were used. Why This Is Dangerous Unlike a typical database leak, this data comes straight from malware running on victims' own computers. Because each password is paired with the exact website URL it unlocks, attackers do not need to guess where to use stolen credentials. They can log directly into email accounts, shopping sites, or other services using the matched login pages, often before the victim notices anything is wrong. What Was Exposed Email addresses Plaintext passwords URLs of the accounts and services tied to each credential pair Why This Matters Because the passwords were stored and leaked in plaintext, no cracking is required to use them. Anyone who obtains this file can immediately test the email and password combinations against other services, a technique known as credential stuffing. If any of the 11,419 affected people reused a password across accounts, one exposed login could open the door to email takeover, financial fraud, or identity theft. How Stealer Log Breaches Work Stealer logs come from information stealing malware that infects a device, often through a pirated download, malicious email attachment, or fake software installer. Once running, the malware quietly scans the browser for saved passwords, autofill data, and open sessions, then packages everything into a text file. Criminals sell or share these logs on Telegram channels, where they are combined into searchable collections used for account takeover. Check If You Are Affected With more than 400 billion breached records in its database, HEROIC's free breach scanner lets you check whether your email address appears in this stealer log or any other known breach.
