DAISY CLOUD Stealer Log: 2,095 Credentials Leaked Nov 2023
HEROIC's DarkHive intelligence system identified the DAISY CLOUD stealer log breach on November 10, 2023, when a Telegram user uploaded a file containing 2,095 stolen records. This log is part of the longer-running DAISY CLOUD credential distribution operation and contains email addresses, plaintext passwords, and URLs collected from victim machines infected by stealer malware during November 2023. The presence of API host endpoints in the exposed URLs indicates that cloud service accounts were among the credentials captured.
Why This Is Dangerous
Stealer logs from active November 2023 campaigns represent credentials that were in active use at the time of capture, meaning they were far more likely to still be valid when posted to Telegram. Plaintext passwords allow immediate use without any cracking requirement. The specific URL data captured alongside each credential set tells criminals exactly which platforms and services to attempt logins on first, dramatically accelerating the exploitation timeline compared to credential lists without associated URL data.
What Was Exposed
- Email Addresses
- Plaintext Passwords
- URLs
Why This Matters
Credential stuffing attacks launched from stealer logs are fully automated and can test 2,095 email and password pairs across hundreds of platforms within minutes of the Telegram upload. Any affected user who reused thier stolen password on banking, email, cloud storage, or enterprise platforms faces account compromise across all of those services simultaneously. For organizations, having employee or customer emails appear in DAISY CLOUD logs should trigger immediate incident response including forced password resets, access log audits, and monitoring for signs of unauthorized account activity that may have occured since November 2023.
How Stealer Log Works
Stealer log malware targets victims through phishing emails, poisoned downloads, and malicious browser extensions. After gaining access, the malware silently harvests all saved passwords from browsers, email applications, VPN clients, and SSH tools, along with active session cookies. Everything is packaged into a structured log file and transmitted to attacker infrastructure. The logs are then posted to Telegram channels like DAISY CLOUD where they are freely shared among criminal groups who each independently use the credentials to launch seperate account takeover campaigns against every victim in the file.
