HEROIC's research team spotted a fresh entry on the dark web tracking radar this year: 14K Mix uploaded by a Telegram User, a stealer log holding 13,953 records of stolen login data. It surfaced in late February 2026, one more quiet addition to the endless stream of credential dumps moving through Telegram channels.

Why This Is Dangerous

Analysts flagged this one for the same reason most stealer logs get attention, the passwords inside are stored in plaintext. There is no scrambling to undo, no code to break. Untill someone changes their password, every credential in this file remains usable exactly as it was typed on the day it got stolen.

What Was Exposed

  • 13,953 total records
  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • URLs identifying the associated accounts

Why This Matters

Even a relatively small leak like this one can cause outsized damage because of how targeted the data is. Attackers do not need to guess which service a password belongs to, the URL is right there in the record. From the begining, that pairing is what turns a plain list of passwords into a functional attack toolkit.

How Stealer Logs Work

These logs come from infostealer malware, small programs designed to sit quietly on an infected device and copy saved credentials out of the browser. The malware usually spreads through cracked software, fake installers, or malicious links. Once it collects enough data, it packages everything into a log and sends it to the attacker, who then sells it or, in cases like this, just posts it publicly.

Check If You Are Affected
