HEROIC analysts found a stealer log labeled "LEAK 15.07 SNATCH_CLOUD 1000PCS 3" circulating on a Telegram channel on July 16, 2022. The file turned out to be one of the larger single uploads we've reviewed in this series, containing 17,187 records that pair email addresses with plaintext passwords and the URLs those credentials unlocked.

Why the Snatch_Cloud 1000PCS Leak Is Dangerous

With passwords sitting in plaintext and matched to the exact site they work on, this file removes every obstacle that normally slows an attacker down. There's no cracking, no guessing, just a direct list of working logins.

What Was Exposed

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • URLs tied to each login

Why This Matters

Files like this are used for credential stuffing, where the same email and password combination is tested against banking, email, and shopping accounts elsewhere. Among the 17,187 people affected by this leak, anyone who reused a password is at genuine risk of account takeover, fraud, or identity theft.

How a Stealer Log Like This One Is Built

Stealer logs are the output of infostealer malware, which infects a device through a cracked program, a malicious ad, or an infected download, then silently harvests saved browser credentials and sends them back to the attacker. The attacker compiles the results into a log file and distributes it through Telegram channels and dark web forums, exactly where our analysts found this one.
