In July 2026, HEROIC analysts spotted a combolist file labeled "56632_Germany_KRDCLOUD" circulating on Telegram. The file held 52,232 records pairing email addresses with plaintext passwords and the URLs those credentials were used on. It is a smaller file than many of the combolists analysts track, but the exposure is just as usable to an attacker: every record is ready to test the moment someone downloads it.

What an Attacker Could Do With Your KRDCLOUD Credentials

Picture this: someone downloads the KRDCLOUD file, loads it into an automated login tool, and starts working through the list. For each of the 52,232 entries, they already have the email, the plaintext password, and the exact site URL the login was tied to. There is no password to crack and no guessing involved. If your credentials are one of those entries, and you used that same email and password combination anywhere else, an attacker can move from account to account trying the same login: your inbox, your bank, your shopping accounts, one after another.

What Was Exposed in This File

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • URLs tied to each set of credentials

Why This Matters Even at a Smaller Scale

A file of 52,232 records is small compared to the largest breaches HEROIC tracks, but scale is not the only factor that determines risk. Smaller, targeted combolists like this one are frequently pulled from more recent activity, which means the passwords inside are more likely to still be in use. Reused passwords are what turn one leaked list into dozens of compromised accounts through credential stuffing, and from there, into financial fraud or identity theft if banking or email accounts are among them.

How This Combolist Was Likely Built

Combolists like this one are assembled by pulling username, password, and URL combinations from smaller breaches, phishing kits, or malware-infected devices, then bundling them into a single file for distribution. The "56632" and "Germany" tags in the filename suggest this batch was catalogued and labeled by whoever compiled it, a common practice on Telegram channels where these files are traded and resold. Even modest files like this one circulate widely once posted, often reappearing in other combolists later.
