In August 2026, HEROIC analysts identified a stealer log file labeled Logs Private 1, part one of a multi-part upload tied to an uploader tagged ArhontCorp on Telegram, containing 22,791 records. Each record paired an email address with a plaintext password and a web address lifted from an infected device. The only certain way to know if your details are inside is to search your email against HEROIC's breach records.

Why This Is Dangerous

A password left in plaintext is ready for immediate use, with no cracking or guesswork required. At this scale, automated tools can work through the entire file in moments, testing each pair against the matching site before most victims even know the log exists.

What Was Exposed

  • Email Addresses
  • Plaintext Password
  • URLs

Given the size of this record set, realistic risks include automated account takeover attempts, follow-on fraud carried out under a victim's name, and credential stuffing against unrelated accounts that happen to share the same password. Because this is only part one of a larger set, related records may also surface in a companion file, meaning some victims could be exposed more than once across the same upload.

A stealer log like this one is generated by malware quietly running on a victim's own device, harvesting saved browser passwords and autofill data before relaying them back to whoever controls it. That differs from a database breach, where the information is pulled from a company's servers rather than an individual's own device, and it differs from a combolist assembled from many separate leaks at once.

Search Your Email Now

Scan your email to check whether it appears in this file. If it does, change that password everywhere you have used it and turn on two-factor authentication for your most important accounts.

This applies equally to personal and work email addresses stored in an infected browser.
