Picture the population of a small American city, everyone's email address, saved website, and password sitting in one file. That is roughly the scale of the Nullcyber Cloud stealer log, a dump uploaded to Telegram in October 2025 that HEROIC has confirmed contains 168,667 records.

Why This Is Dangerous

This was not a hacker breaking into a company's servers. It was malware living on individual computers, quietly copying whatever the browser had saved and shipping it off in bulk. That distinction matters becuase it means the credentials inside Nullcyber Cloud are likely to still be active. Nobody got a breach notification email telling them to change a password, so many of these logins are probably sitting untouched, wide open for anyone who grabs the file.

What Was Exposed

The Nullcyber Cloud dump, dated 17-Oct-2025, holds 168,667 records containing:

  • Email Addresses
  • Plaintext Password
  • URLs

Every password in the set was stored in plaintext, meaning there is no scrambling or hashing standing in the way, just a straight readable login untill someone changes it.

Why This Matters

A leak on this scale rarely stays contained to the people who happen to see it first. Files like this circulate quietly between forums and Telegram channels for months, getting copied and recirculated long after the original post. Whoever was swept up in the Nullcyber Cloud file may not even realize it occured, wich is exactly what makes stealer logs so persistent a threat.

How Stealer Logs Work

The process usually starts small, a person downloads a pirated app, clicks a fake software update, or opens an attachment that looks legitimate. Hidden inside is stealer malware that gets to work right away, pulling saved browser passwords, cookies, and autofill fields into one file. That file is then packaged up and either sold on criminal marketplaces or, as with Nullcyber Cloud, dropped into a Telegram channel where it spreads fast and for free.
