Primo_Cloud Stealer Log Breach Hits 30,962 Login Records
HEROIC analysts identified a stealer log file titled "Primo_Cloud - 6500 Pcs" that was uploaded by a Telegram user on 15 June 2026. The file contained 30,962 individual records, each pairing an email address, a website URL, and a plaintext password harvested directly from an infected device.
Who Is Targeted by This Stealer Log
Stealer logs like this one don't target a single company. They target ordinary people who happened to have malware quietly running on their computer. Anyone who logged into an account while the malware was active, whether it was email, banking, shopping, or work tools, had their credentials siliently copied and bundled into a file like this one.
The victims here are a real mix of everyday internet users. Freelancers, remote workers, students, and small business owners are common targets because their devices often mix personal and professional logins in one browser.
Why This Is Dangerous
Because the passwords in this file are stored in plaintext, an attacker does not need to crack or decrypt anything. They can copy the email and password pair and immediately try logging into the matching website. If that password is reused anywhere else, the damage spreads fast.
What Was Exposed
- Email addresses
- Plaintext passwords
- URLs of the websites each login belonged to
Why This Matters
This type of exposure is the raw material for credential stuffing attacks, where automated tools test stolen email and password combos against hundreds of other websites. If you reused a password, one leaked login can quickly turn into a full account takeover, identity theft, or financial fraud.
How Stealer Logs Work
A stealer log is created by malware that infects a device, usually through a fake download, cracked software, or a malicious email attachment. Once installed, the malware quitely scans the browser's saved passwords, autofill data, and active login sessions, then packages everything into a text file. That file is then sold or leaked in Telegram channels and dark web forums, exactly where HEROIC found this one.
