HEROIC analysts found a second file in the StarX ULP series, StarX_ULP_08.02.2026_Part_2, uploaded to Telegram on 8 February 2026. This part contains 3,763,367 records of email addresses, plaintext passwords, and the URLs each login is tied to, continuing the same credential dump that began with Part 1 of the series.

Why the StarX Part 2 Data Is Dangerous

Each record in this file pairs a working email and plaintext password with the exact site it unlocks. That combination removes nearly all the effort an attacker would normally need to exploit stolen credentials. Rather than guessing which accounts a password might open, they can go straight to the listed URL and log in, especially damaging if you use that same password anywhere else online.

What Was Exposed in StarX ULP Part 2

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • URLs linking each login to its source site

Why This Matters for 3.76 Million More Accounts

Combined with Part 1, the StarX series now accounts for over 10 million exposed credential pairs. Files of this size and structure are routinely used to power credential stuffing attacks, where bots test millions of logins against banking, email, and shopping sites within hours of a leak going public. Anyone whose email appears in Part 2 faces the same risks as those in Part 1: account takeover, identity theft, and fraud carried out using their own stolen login.

How the StarX ULP Series Was Distributed

Releasing a large combolist in multiple parts, as seen with StarX Part 1 and Part 2, lets a Telegram uploader spread a single dataset across several posts, extending its visibility and making it easier for buyers to sample the data before committing to the full set. The underlying credentials in a ULP file typically come from earlier breaches or malware infections rather than a fresh attack on one company.
