Our Analysts Found the updh1 VIP Logs Dump on Telegram

In July 2026, HEROIC analysts spotted a stealer log file called "updh1 VIP LOGS 4.07.2026" circulating in a Telegram channel, uploaded on 6 July 2026. The file contained 5,423 records, each pairing an email address with a plaintext password and the URL of the site the credential was lifted from.

Why This Is Dangerous

Labeling a file "VIP Logs" is a marketing tactic used by sellers of stolen data, but the danger is the same regardless of the name. Every record here already links a working email, its plaintext password, and the exact login page, so an attacker can try each account immediately.

What Was Exposed

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • URLs of the accounts tied to each credential

Why This Matters

Files marketed as "VIP" logs are often sold or traded among smaller groups of buyers before wider release, which can mean the 5,423 people in this leak face targeted attempts at their accounts before the data becomes public knowledge. Reused passwords are especially at risk of credential stuffing, account takeover, and eventual identity theft or fraud.

How the updh1 VIP Logs Stealer Log Was Made

This file follows the standard pattern for stealer logs: malware installed on a victim's device, often through a fake download or cracked application, harvests every password saved in the browser along with the site it belongs to. The operator behind "updh1" then packages and dates these logs, in this case for 4 July 2026, before distributing them through a private Telegram channel.
