HEROIC's dark web monitoring uncovered a stealer log collection called HQ Mix Combo Neo3690, distributed on Telegram in January 2025. This high-quality mixed combolist contains 11,107 records spanning multiple email providers and online services. Each entry exposes an email address, a plaintext password, and the URL of the site where the credential was stolen. The "HQ" designation indicates the data has been filtered for quality, making it more immediately useful to attackers.

High-Quality Plaintext Credentials

The passwords in HQ Mix Combo Neo3690 are stored entirely in plaintext — no hashing, no encryption, no protection whatsoever. Combined with the "HQ" quality filtering, these credentials represent a refined selection of stolen logins that attackers consider reliable and current. This makes the dump particularly dangerous: criminals trust these curated collections to deliver results, which means they invest more effort in exploiting them.

What Was Exposed

  • Email addresses across multiple providers including Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, and others
  • Plaintext passwords filtered for quality and freshness
  • URLs mapping each credential to the website where it was intercepted

Mixed Combos Mean Maximum Exposure

Unlike single-provider dumps, mixed combolists like Neo3690 cast a wide net. Attackers can launch credential stuffing campaigns across diverse platforms simultaneously, testing each of the 11,107 credential pairs against banking services, cloud platforms, enterprise VPNs, and e-commerce sites. The variety of email providers in the mix means a broader range of potential victims, and the cross-platform nature of the attack means that password reuse is exploited across a much larger surface area.

Neo3690: A Recurring Threat Actor

The Neo3690 label appears across multiple stealer log releases, indicating a persistent operator or group that regularly compiles and distributes stolen credentials. These collections are built from infostealer malware output — malware families like RedLine, Raccoon, and Vidar that infect devices through phishing, cracked software, and malicious browser extensions. The operator filters raw stealer log data, removes duplicates and invalid entries, and packages the results into polished combolists for distribution through Telegram and underground markets.

Check If Your Credentials Were Exposed

With over 11,000 quality-filtered credentials in circulation from this dump alone, and Neo3690 being a recurring source of leaked data, your email may well be included. HEROIC's breach scanner covers more than 400 billion compromised records across thousands of breaches and stealer log collections. Search your email address to check your exposure, then immediately change any compromised passwords, adopt unique passwords for every service, and enable multi-factor authentication on all critical accounts.
