HEROIC analysts identified another entry in the TL_CLOUD series, uploaded to a Telegram channel on August 11, 2026, under the name "TL_CLOUD - JULY 34." This file contains 6,005,380 records made up of email addresses and plaintext passwords, along with the URLs where those credentials were originally used.

What Attackers Can Do With This TL_CLOUD Data

Because the passwords in this file are stored in plaintext, an attacker can immediately log in to any account tied to these email and password pairs, no cracking required. From there, an attacker can lock the real owner out, change recovery details, drain linked payment methods, or use the account to send phishing messages to the victim's contacts.

What Was Exposed in This TL_CLOUD Combolist

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • URLs tied to each set of credentials

Why This Matters

A combolist of 6,005,380 records is more than enough to power large-scale credential stuffing, where attackers automatically try each stolen pair against banking, email, and shopping sites. If your details are in this leak and you reuse the same password elsewhere, you are at risk of account takeover, identity theft, and financial fraud on accounts that have nothing to do with the original source of the leak.

How This Combolist Was Likely Built

Like the other files in the TL_CLOUD series, this one appears to be part of a larger set of credentials gathered by the end of July and released in multiple pieces on Telegram in early August. Combolists built this way typically draw from older breaches and stealer log outputs rather than a single source.
