Researchers Link the Random-1726279334 Dump to 224 Stolen Credentials
HEROIC's security researchers identified the 10_random_random_1726279334 stealer log on September 15, 2024. The file was uploaded to a public Telegram channel by an anonymous user and contained 224 records. Each record included an email address, a plaintext password, and associated URLs captured from compromised endpoints. Although small in volume, this log is a direct product of infostealer malware that harvests credentials from infected devices and delivers them to cybercriminals through Telegram channels.
Why the 10_random_1726279334 Breach Is Dangerous
What Was Exposed in This Stealer Log
- Email addresses
- Plaintext passwords
- URLs (targeted endpoints and services)
Why This Stealer Log Data Puts You at Risk
Even 224 exposed credentials represent real individuals at risk. Plaintext passwords require no additional processing — criminals can immediately try each credential against email providers, banking sites, and other services. Password reuse is the primary accelerant: one exposed login can unlock multiple accounts across different platforms. The URLs included in the log provide attackers with a direct map to which services were targeted.
How Stealer Logs Work
Infostealer malware is typically spread through phishing emails, cracked software downloads, and malicious browser extensions. Once installed on a device, it captures credentials stored in browsers and applications, records keystrokes, and extracts session tokens. This data is packaged into a log file and transmitted to Telegram channels or dark web forums, where it is freely shared or sold to other criminals.
