In August 2025, HEROIC analysts came across a stealer log named All_URL being circulated on Telegram. The file exposed 47,515 records, each one combining a victim's email address, a plaintext password, and the URL of the website that password unlocks.

Why This Type of Leak Is Dangerous

This breach falls into a category known as a stealer log, one of the most common and most dangerous forms of data leak circulating on Telegram today. Unlike a hacked database from a single company, a stealer log pulls credentials from dozens or hundreds of different websites all at once, straight from an infected victim's own computer.

What Was Exposed

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • URLs of the websites and services each login was used on

Why This Matters

Because each password in this log is already matched to its exact website, attackers skip the guesswork entirely and jump straight to logging in. If a victim reused that password anywhere else, the same file can be used to break into their email, bank account, or social media in a chain of account takeovers. This pattern is a leading cause of credential stuffing, identity theft, and financial fraud across the internet.

How a Stealer Log Actually Works

A stealer log is created by info-stealing malware, malicious code often smuggled inside a cracked program, pirated movie file, or fake software update. Once the malware runs on a victim's device, it quietly digs through the browser's saved passwords, autofill fields, and cookies, then exports everything into a single organized file. That file, named for the format it captures, in this case simply "All_URL," is then uploaded to a Telegram channel and shared or sold to anyone interested. It's a suprisingly simple process that produces a devastatingly complete snapshot of a person's online life.

Check If You Are Affected

Because stealer logs bundle so many accounts into one file, a single infection can expose dozens of your logins at once. HEROIC's free breach scanner lets you check your email against a database of more than 400 billion leaked records in seconds, so you know right away if action is needed.
