Cross-Industry Stealer Log Hits Bugatti_Cloud Bugatti_Man 04.02.part03: 13,822 Records Leaked
HEROIC analysts uncovered a second stealer log file, "Bugatti_Cloud Bugatti_Man 04.02.part03," uploaded to Telegram in February 2024. This file contained 13,822 records of email addresses, plaintext passwords, and login URLs pulled from infected computers in the United States. Because the associated URLs span everything from banking portals to retail and streaming accounts, the exposure touches victims across a wide range of industries, not just a single company.
Why This Is Dangerous Across So Many Industries
Most breaches expose users of one website. A stealer log is different. It captures every saved password on an infected device, wich means a single victim can show up in this file with credentials for their bank, their employer's email system, their healthcare portal, and their favorite shopping site all at once. Attackers get a ready-made map of a person's entire digital life.
What Was Exposed
- Email addresses
- Plaintext passwords
- Login URLs spanning multiple industries and services
Why This Matters
Because plaintext passwords require no cracking, attackers can immediately attempt credential stuffing across banking, retail, healthcare, and workplace logins. A password reused between a shopping account and an online bank account gives criminals a direct path to financial fraud. Reused logins also open the door to identity theft, since attackers can piece together enough personal detail from multiple industries to impersonate a victim.
How This Stealer Log Attack Occured
Stealer malware typically arrives hidden inside cracked software, pirated media, or fake browser updates. Once a victim installs it, the malware quietly reads saved credentials straight out of the browser and pulls active session cookies, then bundles everything into a single log file labeled with the date and a batch number, exactly like this "part03" file.
These logs are then shared or sold in bulk on Telegram channels and dark web marketplaces, where buyers seperate the data by industry or region to target specific victim pools, such as everyone with a banking login or everyone with a corporate email account.
