Researchers Link a Second NINHO PRIVATE HOTMAIL Batch to 147 Records

In June 2026, HEROIC analysts identified another combolist file carrying the "NINHO PRIVATE HOTMAIL" label circulating on Telegram, this time containing 147 records. Each record pairs an email address with a plaintext password and an associated URL. Smaller batches like this one are often split off from a larger master list and distributed separately, letting sellers offer samples before releasing the full set.

Why This Is Dangerous

Even at 147 records, every password in this file is stored in plaintext, meaning anyone who obtains the file can read the credentials without any effort. A smaller, more curated batch like this can actually be more dangerous per record, since sellers sometimes verify that the credentials still work before splitting them off and offering them for sale.

Why This Matters

A verified batch of 147 working credentials is enough for an attacker to run a focused credential stuffing attempt rather than a scattershot one. Anyone in this file who reused their password elsewhere faces a real chance of account takeover, financial fraud, or identity theft, since attackers targeting smaller, higher-quality lists often have more success than with massive unverified dumps.

How Combolist Sellers Split Lists Like NINHO PRIVATE HOTMAIL

Sellers on Telegram frequently break a large combolist into smaller batches, sometimes to sell as samples, sometimes because different buyers want different sizes. Each batch still follows the same "email:password" format and traces back to the same pool of stolen credentials, gathered from breaches, phishing, or malware, which is why the same list name can reappear with different record counts over time.

Check If You Are Affected

HEROIC's free breach scanner checks your email address against more than 400 billion leaked records, including smaller combolist batches like this one. If your address matches, changing that password immediately is the fastest way to close this exposure.
