HEROIC analysts identified a stealer log named ZELENKA CLOUD FREE LOGS that surfaced on Telegram around 13-Feb-2024, containing 5,820 exposed records. The file gives away email addresses, plaintext passwords, and the login URLs those credentials belong to, all pulled directly from infected devices.

Why This Is Dangerous

With this file in hand, an attacker can log straight into a victim's email, social media, or online banking without needing to break anything. The included URLs tell them exactly where each password works, turning a random list of credentials into a targeted attack plan.

What an Attacker Can Actually Do With This

Beyond simply logging in, attackers can lock victims out of their own accounts by changing passwords, drain linked payment methods, impersonate victims to scam their contacts, or use a hijacked email account to reset passwords on other services entirely.

What Was Exposed

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • Associated login URLs

Why This Matters

Because so many people reuse passwords across multiple sites, a single log like this one often unlocks far more than the original account. Credential stuffing tools automate the process of testing stolen logins across banking, shopping, and email platforms, which quickly escalates into account takeover, identity theft, and financial fraud.

How Stealer Logs Work

This type of breach starts with malware quietly installed through a fake download or cracked application. Once running, it searches the victim's browser for stored passwords and autofill data, packages everything into a text file, and sends it to the attacker's server. The file is then labeled, in this case as ZELENKA CLOUD FREE LOGS, and shared freely across Telegram channels that specialize in trading stolen credentials.
