Bugatti_Cloud Breach: 5,807 Everyday Users’ Logins Exposed
In June 2026, HEROIC analysts uncovered a stealer log named "Bugatti_Cloud Bugatti_Man 20.06.part04" posted to Telegram by an anonymous uploader. The file contained 5,807 records taken directly from infected devices, including email addresses, plaintext passwords, and the URLs of the accounts those credentials open.
Why This Is Dangerous
Anyone whose device was infected by the malware behind this log becomes a target, regardless of who they are or where they live. The malware does not discriminate between a personal email account and a work login. It simply grabs whatever is saved in the browser, which means everyday users, freelancers, and employees using personal devices for work are all equally exposed.
What Was Exposed
- Email addresses
- Plaintext passwords
- URLs of the associated accounts
Why This Matters
Attackers scanning logs like this one look for reused passwords across multiple sites, a tactic known as credential stuffing. Once they land a match, they attempt account takeover on banking, email, and shopping accounts. From there it is a short jump to identity theft and outright financial fraud, especially if the victim uses the same password everywhere.
How Stealer Logs Work
This type of malware spreads through cracked software, fake installers, or phishing links, then quietly collects saved browser passwords, autofill fields, and stored URLs from the infected device. The results are packaged into a log file and named after the malware or campaign, in this case Bugatti_Cloud. These logs are traded or given away for free in Telegram groups, giving criminals an easy source of fresh, working credentials.
